CORONA VIRUS PANDEMIC -IIND INNINGS IN INDIA

          First time in the previous year, we were well prepared and we took all necessary precautionary measures. A proper lock down worldwide was the reason to stop spread the virus. Since there were no vaccine, government had recommended kapasura kudineer, throat cleaning  by hot water with salt, lime juice mixed with ginger, zeera and pepper as medicinally food to recover from virus infection. So most of the persons took these items, treated at their homes instead of going to hospitals. Thus there were limited affected cases as per government report.     But at present, we have vaccines so government is not recommending any other siddha or ayurvedhic foods like kapasura kudineer etc.                   They only recommend mask, individual and social distance, cleaning face and hands and vaccination.  So, people has to go to hospitals.
